“I have known Mr. Kevin Kidd for over 20 years in various roles and capacities, and he has served as a coach, mentor, motivator, confidante, and friend in my family’s life. As a servant leader, he has always been my children’s role model and coach, encouraging them to be the best versions of themselves. He speaks life into them and their situations, which is a blessing because sometimes children need to also hear and see positive influences and words from individuals outside of the home. I have watched Mr. Kidd pour into the youth at the Boys & Girls Clubs in the southeast region, creating programming for youth inside of juvenile detention facilities, and advocating for children to have second chances. I distinctly remember you graciously taking an unsolicited phone call from me over 15 years ago when I was a young Club Director. I was incredibly excited and honored to have the opportunity to speak with someone who not only held the position of a CEO but also someone who looked like me, as a black CEO. It was truly inspiring to hear your story, and that became a seminal moment in my career.

Your unique gift and experiences have the power to make a significant impact on our world, and it is exciting to see your concerted effort to share it.
