“I have known Mr. Kevin Kidd for over 20 years in various roles and capacities, and he has served as a coach, mentor, motivator, confidante, and friend in my family’s life. I distinctly remember you graciously taking an unsolicited phone call from me over 15 years ago when I was a young Club Director. I was incredibly excited and honored to have the opportunity to speak with someone who not only held the position of a CEO but also someone who looked like me, as a black CEO. It was truly inspiring to hear your story, and that became a seminal moment in my career.
